As we reflect on our continued growth in 2023, we are extremely thankful and very excited about 2024, as we convert a number of exciting opportunities that have been developing in the background.
We are delighted to confirm multiple new contract wins, which will mobilise in the next couple of Months.
Kanso have been appointed as the housekeeping partner for The Store, Oxford’s newest and much anticipated lifestyle luxury hotel, set to open in Q1 of 2024.
Alternative mid-to-longer stay accommodation providers, Sonder and beLondon, have chosen Kanso as their housekeeping partner, and we are delighted to be increasing our footprint in this rapidly expanding space. With units ranging from studios to luxury multifamily accommodation in some of the most desirable postcodes in London, with aggressive expansion plans to grow, there is something for everyone.

We are also delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract for a global multi-strategy investment business, to provide a managed FM service for their spectacular new building in Victoria. This is a huge commercial win for Kanso, and further confirms the confidence that our commercial clients have in the quality of service and our impeccable ESG credentials.
In addition to all of this, we are excited and privileged to be working with our amazing Formula One client as they expand their asset portfolio in 2024.
