Norma worked as a consultant to Kanso until February 2022, when she acquired the business and became its owner. She began her career in banking with Nedbank in South Africa before moving into leadership with American Express as Country Lead for Membership Rewards & Loyalty. Norma later held senior board and shareholder roles within one of South Africa’s largest FM providers and has also served as Managing Director and Commercial Director across global FM businesses. Today, she leads Kanso with vision, resilience, and a focus on quality over size, determined to make Kanso the best, not the biggest.

Dovile joined Kanso FM as Operations Director, tasked with elevating service delivery across the UK and Ireland. Starting with a single Area Manager, she has built and now leads a team of six, embedding consistency, quality, and care at every site. Her priorities are people development, clear client engagement, and robust operational systems that enable sustainable growth. Known for exacting standards and a thoughtful balance of commercial goals with human needs, Dovile is a trusted leader across sectors. She shapes Kanso’s next chapter by ensuring teams are supported, trained, and empowered to deliver reliable, measurable excellence every day.

Nicola brings over 15 years of finance leadership to Kanso, overseeing all financial operations with precision and transparency. With experience across multiple sectors, Nicola has a proven record of strengthening governance and implementing processes that scale with growth. At Kanso, she partners closely with operations and sales teams, providing insights that shape smarter decisions and more resilient partnerships. Her focus on efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth ensures Kanso continues to deliver value for both clients and colleagues.

As Impact Director at Kanso, Kat Nunes leads the company’s growth and marketing strategy with a strong focus on purpose, performance, and people. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, she has a proven track record in driving sustainable growth, shaping brand strategy, and leading high-performing teams. Kat plays a key role in embedding ESG principles across Kanso’s operations and communications, ensuring that growth is both responsible and impactful. Her approach combines commercial insight with creativity, supporting Kanso’s mission to deliver exceptional, people-first service with purpose.

Ryan is responsible for developing and managing Kanso’s sales pipeline, identifying opportunities across our core sectors of corporate, hospitality, education, and heritage. He works closely with the operations team to ensure proposals align with client needs and deliver long-term value. With a background in business development, Ryan focuses on building strong relationships and ensuring clarity between sales, mobilisation, and delivery. His role is central to Kanso’s growth strategy, ensuring that every new partnership reflects the company’s commitment to people-first, ethical, and sustainable services.

Amanda has over 25 years’ experience in the cleaning industry, managing a diverse portfolio across multiple sectors, with particular expertise in education. She has extensive knowledge of primary, secondary, college, university, and accommodation contracts across both public and private sectors. In a previous role, Amanda played a key role in the organic growth of an Education Division, increasing turnover from £6.5m to £18m over eight years. Her success is driven by strong leadership and a people-focused culture that prioritises relationships with clients and frontline teams. Amanda is a BICSc Assessor, holds Level 5 Management, IOSHH for Directors, and additional professional qualifications.

She also delivers training that embeds Kanso’s culture of quality and care across all new sites. Her blend of organisational expertise and people-first leadership makes her a driving force behind Kanso’s reputation for seamless mobilisations and long-term client satisfaction.

Olga focuses on building strong client relationships, leading teams with energy and care, and consistently delivering service excellence. Her expertise in hospitality management ensures that Kanso’s hotel clients receive reliable, efficient, and people-focused support tailored to the expectations of the sector.

Ionela recently progressed from her role as Executive Head Housekeeper at a 795-room hotel into a new position supporting Kanso’s operational leadership team. She focuses on onboarding, induction, and training, ensuring new colleagues feel confident and supported from day one. With hands-on experience in hospitality and a passion for people development, Ionela brings empathy, energy, and strong communication skills to her role. She supports Area Managers across the UK, helping maintain consistent standards and reinforcing Kanso’s culture of care. Her promotion reflects both her talent and Kanso’s commitment to developing leaders from within.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve built my career from the ground up, starting as a Room Attendant and growing through roles including Public Area Supervisor, Head of Housekeeping, Cluster Manager, and Area Manager. My journey has given me a deep understanding of hotel operations, leadership, and guest experience. I’m passionate about developing teams and delivering service excellence across every property I oversee.
